When to reject
Reject obvious GL flaws or wrong sizes before shipping — once dispatched, you still owe HMRC VAT even if the item disappoints.
Rule of thumb — If you would not wear it based on the QC photos, reject. Minor batch variance is normal on reps; structural flaws are not.
